If you like Emeril the chef, then you’ll love this flavour:

  • 2½ Tbs spanish paprika
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs black or white pepper
  • 1 Tbs onion powder
  • 1 Tbs cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbs dried oregano
  • 1 Tbs dried thyme

Combine. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months.
