Artichoke Appetizer

This recipe was put together by Barbara-Ann from California:

  • 2 jars artichoke, reserve liquid
  • ½ c onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c sharp cheese, grated
  • ¼ c bread crumbs
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • 2 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped
  • Dash each: Worchestershire and hot sauce

Saute onions in artichoke liquid. Mix all. Pour into lightly greased dish and bake 30 min at 375F. Cut into squares and serve warm.
