Entrees and Side Dishes

I appreciate that the categories seem odd, but this is how I divided my recipe box – it’s based on the main ingredient in the dish. Simplistic, yes! Easy to remember at the grocery store, oh yeah!

The meats are based on the animal (because there are to many cuts to keep track of) but there is a separate category for soups & stews because they have such variety. Same with salads. Side dishes could be a meal if it’s what you love, so that’s in here to (mostly under vegetable) and if you are looking for a specific type of dish, check the tags.

I welcome your feedback, the recipes that you are willing to share, and the modifications you’ve made to make a dish more (insert idea here – low fat, spicy, easier to make).

Cheers,
Brooke
