Chocolate Fudge Brownies

A moist and chewy (healthier) brownie.

  • 40 min
  • Serves 16
  • Easy

I made these brownies and wouldn’t tell Steve what was in them until he’d tried them. He really liked them a lot. They were moist and chewy. I felt great knowing we were getting a little bit more fibre and protein than a normal brownie.

You can also make these with 1 can pumpkin filling instead of black beans but I wasn’t as much of a fan.

Drain the beans. Add the water and mash the beans.

Mix the box of mix with the mashed beans. No other ingredients are necessary.

Bake according to directions on the box in a 13 x 9 pan, which is normally 25 min at 325F.
