Directions
I made these brownies and wouldn’t tell Steve what was in them until he’d tried them. He really liked them a lot. They were moist and chewy. I felt great knowing we were getting a little bit more fibre and protein than a normal brownie.
You can also make these with 1 can pumpkin filling instead of black beans but I wasn’t as much of a fan.

Drain the beans. Add the water and mash the beans. |

Mix the box of mix with the mashed beans. No other ingredients are necessary. |

Bake according to directions on the box in a 13 x 9 pan, which is normally 25 min at 325F. |
