Chia Pudding

This is my go-to breakfast recipe that's easy and quick to make.

  • 30 minutes
  • Serves 4
  • Easy

Directions

Chia pudding has a sweet nutty texture. It’s not like tapioca or rice pudding. It’s much creamier but check a mirror for seeds before heading into your first meeting of the day.

I have simplified this recipe to 1/4 cup of boiling water and 1/2 cup almond milk.

I also add cinnamon, ginger and tumeric as flavouring. Delicious!

It's faster to make and doesn't require watching the stove to stop the milk from foaming up.
